In today's world of gloom and despair, we believe there is hope and help to be found in the Lord Jesus Christ. Jesus said, "Come unto me all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest." 

At Mt. Tabor, our desire is for people to find what they so desperately need; the rest and relief that comes from knowing Jesus Christ. We are all so thankful for how God has supplied our need for a Saviour through His Son, and continues to meet our needs for the life we now have in Him. We want to be able to share with you how great things God has done for us, and each of our ministries are designed in a way for you to experience what great things God has for you and your family.

We believe the Bible is the completed Word of God; just as practical for today's world as when it was given centuries ago. Each area of ministry is centered around the Bible and in every service of Mt. Tabor Baptist Church, the Bible serves as our standard of faith and practice. We unashamedly stand on its every word as God-Breathed, and realize that if we are to be supplied with the only true rest and relief offered to us by Christ that we must get it from His Word. The message remains the same, yesterday, today and forever; JESUS CHRIST IS LORD!

We have determined to be able to do our part in affording you the supplies needed for this through different aspects of the church geared for everyone, no matter what stage of life you may be in. Whether it be through the programs we offer for kids, teens, college and career age, adults, or seniors, we had you in mind and would love for you to come visit us soon! Then just stay.
